Specialty - "Leadership Development"

Developing your organisation’s existing workforce provides excellent opportunity to utilise your own human capital to create a competitive global advantage.

The aim of this program is to work in conjunction with organisations’ talent management plans to identify high potential leaders to further empower them, and enhance their management and leadership skills, in preparation for more senior roles in the organisation.

The program is run over twelve months, meeting once every second month for a half-day workshop. Each session has a theme, with interactive exercises during the session, encouraging attendees to participate actively. The program is structured to have an average of thirty (30) attendees, to maximise opportunities for interaction and group learning.  It is recommended that participants are selected from different departments, which will assist with building their internal business networks.

In addition, staff identified in the organisation’s talent management plan for succession planning into executive leadership roles will receive additional benefit from Avril’s executive coaching. The program allows for six personnel to receive six one-on-one, one and a half hour coaching sessions over 6 months.
